Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated full-time General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, eager to learn and grow, and committed to providing exceptional dental care. You will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while being supported by a highly trained team and efficient systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
- Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active NY dental license
- Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Dental Sleep Medicine experience is a plus but not necessary. Training available from a Board Certified Professional
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation structure (Negotiable Daily guarantee or 30% of collections for the first six months; Then you move to 30% of collections up to $50,000 in collections and 35% of collections above $50,000)
