Non-CDL Dump Truck to support
Local operations based in
Richmond, VA.
Long Term Flex: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver Details:
- Schedule: [Mon-Sat (can work Mon-Fri if they don't want to work on Sat) / 1st Shift / home daily
- Pay: $24 Per hour
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Mulch & pine straw
- Equipment: Non-CDL dump truck
- Handling: Loading truck w/ bobcat, using dump truck to unload at sites
Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:
- License: Non-CDL
- Experience: 1+years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: None
- Equipment Experience: Box truck, dump truck, or heavy duty pick-up truck
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Non-CDL Dump Truck on local routes
- Transport mulch & pine straw to different commercial and residential customer locations
- Perform required handling tasks loading dump truck w/ bobcat
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including climbing in/out of truck & bobcat
