Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Must have New Hampshire or Compact PT license or willing to obtain temp license
- Experience in patient evaluations and documentation in accordance with licensure and department standards
