Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 2 years of experience required
- Certification in either Hermann & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification or APTA Board Certification in Pelvic & Women's Health
- Competency in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence, and Pelvic Pain for Women
- Preferred experience in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence, and Pelvic Pain for Men
