Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Enablement Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Enablement Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Enablement Department supporting software development and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rockville, Maryland or Tysons VA (Hybrid 3 days on site)
Pay Range: $86/hr W2
What's the Job?
- Own, drive, and create comprehensive training programs for FINRA's Software Development Lifecycle 3.0 (SDLC with AI integration), serving as the definitive resource for software delivery practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration into training programs and organizational workflows.
- Design and maintain instructional materials, including presentations, videos, documentation, and hands-on labs, reflecting current and emerging SDLC practices.
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for diverse audiences, adapting delivery styles to meet varying technical proficiency levels.
- Manage project plans, track training effectiveness, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and technological advancements.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI integration in SDLC, including AI-powered development tools.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs and instructional content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
