The General Assembly Facilitator is responsible for leading data-driven operational improvements and managing cross-functional projects within the assigned area of responsibility. This position oversees project execution with a focus on micro-stoppage reduction, quality performance, and adherence to station standards and work instructions. The role supports the development and capability building of Team Leaders, Supervisors, Production Process System (PPS), and support groups through training, coaching, and structured problem-solving.
Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Lead data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting within the assigned area of responsibility
Manage and execute projects focused on micro‑stop reduction, quality improvement, and adherence to station standards and work instructions
- Develop and coach Team Leaders, Supervisors, PPS, and support groups to strengthen capability and consistent execution
- Partner with SIS Domain Leads to deploy and execute training initiatives aligned to manufacturing standards
Interface with PPS to improve man/method interactions supporting critical manufacturing processes
- Exercise leadership and influence across multiple stakeholders to drive project completion and sustainable result
- Facilitate complex cross‑functional collaboration between DACM and DACJ organizations
Report performance, project status, and key metrics to the PIM or Center Manager
Actively engage and support TPC initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Apply manufacturing tacit knowledge to lead structured problem solving and issue resolution
