Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a ServiceNow TNI Architect to join their team. As a ServiceNow TNI Architect, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting Data Center Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: ServiceNow TNI Architect
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $110 - $120/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Design and implement a comprehensive TNI Data Model aligned with CSDM standards to effectively manage data center hierarchies from sites to rack units.
- Configure IntegrationHub ETL and Service Graph Connectors to ensure accurate synchronization of data from DCIM tools into the CMDB, maintaining data integrity.
- Drive Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows to oversee the entire lifecycle of servers and networking equipment, ensuring precise normalization and reconciliation.
- Build and maintain an intuitive Service Catalog for data center requests, integrating seamlessly with ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management for impact analysis.
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to optimize data center operations and infrastructure management.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience in an Architect Level role, specifically with ServiceNow platform development and implementation.
- 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in TNI, CMDB, HAM, and ITSM modules.
- Strong proficiency in ITSM modules and advanced Service Catalog development, including Catalog Items, Producer, and Flow Designer.
- Proven track record in Data Center Inventory Management and modeling infrastructure relationships.
- ServiceNow Certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-TNI/ITSM are required.
