As Director of Nursing, you'll lead and support our Nursing Services Department while bringing our
Platinum Service® standards to life-ensuring every resident feels respected, supported, and truly at home.
What You'll Do - Provide strategic leadership for all nursing services to ensure the highest quality of care
- Plan, organize, and direct nursing operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Foster a positive, accountable, and compassionate clinical culture
- Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to continuously improve care outcomes
- Mentor, develop, and support nursing leaders and team members
- Ensure exceptional resident and family satisfaction through service excellence

Schedule & Compensation - Schedule: Monday-Friday (with flexibility based on community needs)
- Salary: $115,000-$125,000 annually (DOE)

What You BringKnowledge & Skills - Strong leadership and independent decision-making abilities
- Professional, compassionate communication with residents, families, staff, and partners
- Comfort working with elderly and medically complex populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems
Education & Experience - Current, active, unencumbered RN license in the state
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care
- Demonstrated leadership experience with direct supervisory responsibility
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
Leadership ResponsibilityThis role includes
direct supervision of nursing staff and requires a hands-on, engaged leadership approach.

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall functions of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

- Capable of working with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people within the facility.
- Communicate effectively in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, team members, prospects, residents, and families.
- Knowledge/proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience - Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in state.
- Three or more years of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
Supervisory Responsibility - This position does have direct reports and supervisory requirements.
