As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will play a critical part in supervising nursing activities to ensure exceptional care standards are consistently met. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining a supportive and efficient environment for both staff and residents.

Supervise and assist with nursing activities to maintain quality care
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check required
Reliable transportation required due to lack of public transportation
