We are looking for a motivated, principled Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Philadelphia, PA. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate adjusting and working closely with patients while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor has strong manual adjusting skills for both the spine and extremities, excellent communication skills, and a team player. Join us and our well-respected team in our state-of-the-art facility with over 5000 sq ft of office space! We will provide you with the systems, procedures, equipment, and everything you need to be a successful chiropractor. Must be a proficient manual adjustor and we will consider recent grads!

Our staff provide a wide variety of services from chiropractic services such as decompression, therapeutic massages, personal training, rehabilitation, and nutritional consultation. We are dedicated to helping our patients progress toward optimal health and well-being.

Duties:

Perform Consultations/ initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments gonstead, diversified, drop adjusting, extremity adjusting
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Internal and external marketing; including health fairs, public speaking, lunch and learns, and networking as needed

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in PA

Schedule:

Full time (Monday – Friday with Thursdays solely as Admin days 8am-1pm and Fridays ending at 3 pm)

Salary (range):

$90k-$110k plus bonus
