Sales Operations Specialist, Software
The Sales Operations Specialist will be a key player on the team offering support to the software sales team and the TouchNet organization. Responsibilities will include system support (SFDC, CPQ, M365), sales enablement; sales process improvement, product knowledge, order processing and improving the operational effectiveness of the sales team. The Sales Operations Specialist must be highly proficient in critical thinking, organizational collaboration, written communication, teamwork and be a leader by example.

Major Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Specialist will own initiatives like articulation of areas of improvement within SFDC and the delivery of enhancements for sales processes. This role includes the following:
Deliver sales reports and dashboards requested by sales or other teams throughout TouchNet to evaluate performance and areas of improvement
Act as a liaison between sales, sales operations, implementation and product for new product requests
Coordinate with sales leadership to deliver updates on system enhancements (SFDC, etc), account transitions and maintain list of priority enhancements necessary
Partner with SFDC Admins to ensure system accuracy, data hygiene, collaboration, best practices and improved system automation
Ensure quotes, contracts, and orders are created in accordance with company policy and released timely, accurately and routed to teams for implementation, shipping, & billing
Deliver the necessary support for internal systems, tools and training for sales and sales ops to optimize sales performance
Collaborate with Sales Operations peers to drive balanced workload and coverage across the department, including coordinating and routing ad hoc requests efficiently
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales operations, sales support and order processing
Strong experience implementing, administering and/or using SFDC
Ability to manage multiple priorities/complex tasks
Experience at high growth SaaS or enterprise software company
Track record of working cross-functionally with multiple departments (eg Marketing, Finance, Implementation, etc)
Strong interpersonal skills that foster positive working relationships across the organization and team
Proactive, detail-oriented, with a high regard for quality and consistency of input/output
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years relevant experience in sales, sales support or sales operations
Bachelor's degree in business, communications or similar
Focused on achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives
Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
Excellent computer skills (SFDC, Microsoft Office, Google Cloud)
