As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to expectant mothers and their families. Your expertise and dedication will ensure a safe and positive birthing experience for all involved.
- Monitor and assess the health of mothers and babies during labor and delivery
- Administer medications and assist with pain management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate and support mothers and families throughout the birthing process
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
