Regional CDL A Driver - Home Every Night | Phoenix, AZ
TransForce is hiring full-time CDL A drivers for local routes in Phoenix, AZ . This position offers competitive hourly pay, excellent benefits, and consistent schedules with no-touch freight.
Position Highlights:
- Pay: $27-30, depending on Experience + OT
- Estimated weekly pay: $1,100 - $1,500
- Vehicle: Freightliner / International / Tesla / Volvo
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift: 4 am-7 am start times (10-12-hour shifts)
- Freight: Drop and hook, no-touch freight
Requirements:
- Valid Arizona CDL and updated DOT Medical Card
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable, recent, Class A CDL experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and stable work history
CDL A Driver Responsibilities
- Run daily relay loads from Phoenix to Blythe and back, as routed by dispatch.
- Complete safe and compliant handoffs at the designated relay point.
- Maintain accurate logs, DVIRs, and follow all HOS regulations.
- Conduct proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Report delays, equipment issues, or changes to dispatch immediately.
- Operate equipment safely at all times and maintain care of the assigned unit.
- Must be able to work independently and maintain strong communication.
