Our healthcare partner is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their Med-Surg team with the ability to float to Observation as needed. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg and Observation units. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions
