Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in home health settings is preferred
- Willingness to travel within Volusia County, including Deltona, Deland, Ormond, Palm Coast, and Flagler Beach
Benefits:
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.44 per mile
- Sign-on bonus may be considered on a case-by-case basis
