As a Registered Nurse in the Psychiatric Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in supporting patients through their recovery journey.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to psychiatric patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience
- CPI certification preferred (can be attained on site)
