Compensation: $65,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production and operational processes to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas of concern, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Manage non-conformance issues and lead root cause analysis to resolve quality-related problems.
Safety Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety management systems (SMS) to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure safe working conditions.
- Lead incident investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and effective implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees, promoting awareness and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on safety performance, including incident rates, near misses, and safety improvements.
- Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and used correctly by employees.
Compliance:
- Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to quality and safety.
- Ensure company compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations concerning quality assurance and workplace safety.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as required, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs related to quality assurance and safety for all levels of the organization.
- Provide ongoing support and education to employees regarding quality and safety practices, procedures, and expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness throughout the organization.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams in quality and safety initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department managers to integrate quality and safety practices into daily operations.
- Communicate quality and safety objectives, expectations, and updates to all employees, promoting engagement and accountability.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making related to quality and safety.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction without compromising quality or safety.
- Encourage innovation and best practices in quality assurance and safety management
- Valid State issued Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3–5+ years of aviation safety or quality experience.
- Working knowledge of FAA/ICAO regulations and SMS/QMS standards.
- Experience with audits, investigations, and corrective action management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Auditor certifications (ISO 9001, AS9100, IOSA) or Safety certifications.
- Experience in cabin services, MRO, ground operations, or flight ops.
- Lean/Six Sigma training or similar continuous improvement experience.
