Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Perry Hall, MD | $55–$60/hr | Private Practice | No Weekends
Well-established, patient-focused private dental practice in Perry Hall is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our supportive team. This role is a good fit for a hygienist who values quality care, a calm clinical pace, and a predictable schedule.
Schedule (Consistent & Flexible)
- Choose 2–4 consistent weekdays
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
- Schedule set in advance with no last-minute changes
Pay & Key Benefits
- $55–$60 per hour, based on experience

Clinical Environment

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing routine dental cleanings and preventive care
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care
- Taking digital X-rays and maintaining accurate records
- Working collaboratively with the dentist and team
What We’re Looking For
- Active Maryland Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and education skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
