Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field; master's degree preferred.
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care or senior living setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of skilled clinical services, including nursing, therapy, and ancillary services in our Colorado communities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for each resident.
- Mentor and lead the healthcare team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain budgetary goals for skilled clinical services.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team to ensure open communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to healthcare team members.
- Participate in community outreach efforts to promote the skilled clinical services offered at our location.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
