As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic care to patients across all life stages. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of nursing practice are met, while also taking on leadership roles to enhance care standards and the environment.
- Provide comprehensive care to neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
- Develop and revise patient care plans, coordinating care among various disciplines
- Execute nursing functions independently, collaboratively, and through delegation
- Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices
- Utilize Epic for documentation and patient management
- Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Bring at least 2 years of ER experience, including Trauma Level IV experience
- Work every other weekend as part of the rotating shift schedule
