As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in urgent need. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver compassionate care will be essential in this challenging and rewarding environment.
- Provide direct patient care in a busy ER setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Massachusetts RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of current ER experience
- Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (all must be active and in hand)
- Experience with Meditech Expanse preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend and holidays if needed
