🏥 Position Highlights
• 💡 2+ years experience required | HARD STOP: Level IV NICU experience and documented PICU experience | Minimum 2 years pediatric experience
• 🎓 Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS | RRT strongly preferred (CRT considered case-by-case only if all requirements met) | NC RRT license required
• 💻 Charting: Epic (Required)
• 🧠 Environment: Level IV NICU, PICU, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics, Emergency Department
• ⚙️ Skills: High-frequency jet ventilator, oscillating ventilator, ECMO (protocol-driven), pediatric cardiac anomalies, ventilator management (BiPAP, CPAP, HFJV, HFO), ABGs, airway management, neonatal & pediatric respiratory care
• 🗓️ Schedule: 4x12 Nights | 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule block
