We’re looking for a Hospice RN Director of Operations to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of one or more branch locations. What You’ll Do
As Director of Operations, you will:
Direct daily clinical and operational performance, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Drive financial health, budget performance, and KPI achievement
Lead, coach, and develop managers and staff to build strong, engaged teams
Oversee quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation readiness
Partner with sales and marketing to support census growth and community engagement
Ensure policies, procedures, and clinical protocols are current, effective, and followed
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and mission-driven care
Act as a key liaison between branch leadership, corporate teams, and executive leadership

Qualifications:
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). 2 years of hospice experience required.
- Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
