The events sales Manager – Wineries, is responsible for driving private event revenue across our portfolio of wineries across California and Oregon – including Robert Mondavi Winery, The Prisoner Wine Co, Booker and Lingua Franca.
This roles focuses on outbound sales, lead generation and conversion of consumer and corporate events and works alongside in house teams to support execution.
This is a manager-level role with accountability for sales performance,eventpipeline development and revenue growth. Strong, proactive selling skills and relationship building skills are essential, along with a proven ability to growth event revenue across multiple venues. Role has a commission component.
Sales & Revenue Generation

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
The employee frequentlyis required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds (i.e. a case of wine). Frequent walking, including going up and down stairs and bending are required.
Work Environment: Working conditions at an event may require the employee to be outside for extended periods of time and/or occasionally in a kitchen with slippery floors. Irregular shifts, nights, weekends, and long hours may be required, particularly when working an event.
Local and national travel may be required.

The salary range for this role is:
$97,900.00 - $149,900.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
