🏥 Position Highlights
• 💡 HARD STOP: Must have Level IV NICU experience AND documented PICU experience | 2+ years pediatric experience required
• 🎓 Certifications: RRT strongly preferred (CRT considered case-by-case), ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS | NC RRT license in hand required
• 💻 Charting: Epic
• 🧠 Environment: Level IV NICU | Pediatric Critical Care | ED | Teaching hospital | High-acuity peds
• ⚙️ Skills: High-frequency jet ventilator, oscillating ventilator, pediatric cardiac anomalies, ECMO support, nitric oxide, HFNC, ventilator management, ABG interpretation, neonatal & pediatric airway management, medication delivery
• 🗓️ Schedule: 3x12 Nights | 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule | No call
• 👕 Scrubs: Facility Standard
