What You'll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance and repairs on aggregate processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and equipment status.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
