What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $83,000–$90,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Do
As the Health & Wellness Director, you will oversee the clinical and operational excellence of our wellness programs, including both assisted living and memory care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership for the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care departments
- Hiring, coaching, developing, and inspiring a strong care team
- Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary management team, including the Memory Care Director, Care Coordinator, administrators, and nursing staff
- Conducting resident assessments, determining service needs, and ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic care system
- Overseeing medication management, delegation, and supervision of unlicensed personnel
- Ensuring compliance, safety, and adherence to best practices in infection control
- Supporting continuous improvement, team engagement, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love for seniors and a passion for service
- Active RN license
- Proven leadership experience in assisted living, geriatric nursing, dementia care, or related fields
- Strong skills in team development, coaching, and driving positive outcomes
- Understanding of service plan development, medication management, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage budgets and support cost-effective operations
- A collaborative, empowering leadership style with a focus on resident-centered care
