AAMCO of Willoughby is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce at a high level. This is a true production role—not a support position.

Our shop stays busy, providing consistent workflow and the opportunity for top technicians to flag 40–50+ hours weekly while earning six figures.

What You'll Do

Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
Complete repairs from start to finish
Work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and technology
Deliver quality work efficiently and independently

What We're Looking For

Required:

6+ years of automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Flat-rate production experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently

Preferred:

ASE Certifications
Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
