Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair all makes and models (approximately 30% European vehicles)
Perform general maintenance and repair work
Complete digital vehicle inspections
Work collaboratively with technicians and service advisors
Follow structured shop systems and processes

Requirements

A-Level or strong B-Level technician experience
Strong diagnostic ability
Team-first mindset (no ego or individual-only work style)
Willingness to both diagnose and complete repairs
Open to structured systems and accountability

Compensation

Flat rate: $35–$60/hour
High earning potential based on consistency and efficiency
Strong production opportunity due to steady workflow
