Grainger Honda is seeking a motivated BDC Sales Representative / Business Development Agent to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Schedule appointments for sales department
Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
