What we are looking for:
We are seeking to add minimum B level technicians to our team backed by a
45-year veteran Ford Master Technician. The B level technician is expected to have:

A minimum of 5 years of Ford Dealership experience with diagnostic training.
Personal tools & storage to diagnose & repair most vehicles.
Able to teach & instruct C level technicians while being compensated for training.

This is a plug & play addition. Our business has doubled and continues to grow. You will be bringing a strong, growing skillset to our team & will be treated in kind.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends.

7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:

Diagnose problems and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. based on certifications and experience.
Perform vehicle MPI’s.
Test vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools.
Provide labor and time estimates for vehicle repairs when required.
Test drive vehicles before and after repairs.
Learn new information in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology.

Qualifications - Automotive Technician:

Automotive Service Tech/Mechanic experience. A minimum of 5 years of Ford Dealership experience with diagnostic training preferred
Factory training and/or trade school training required
All previous automotive experience will be considered
Personal tools
Versatile in skills and tasks performed
Valid driver's license and insurable
A positive attitude, good work ethics and problem-solving skills
Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
