Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to oversee and manage our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# Oracle and .NET with a preference for those with domain experience in Structural Biology & Modelling. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Oversee project timelines milestones and deliverables ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide technical guidance and support to team members leveraging expertise in C# Oracle and .NET.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project tasks.Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to address any issues.Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.Facilitate project meetings including kick-off status and review meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting continuous improvement and innovation.Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance future project outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and success criteria ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background with expertise in C# Oracle and .NET.Demonstrate excellent project management skills including planning execution and monitoring.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
