What You'll Do:
- Be the architect of our recruitment process – from concept to completion. You’ll develop and execute innovative strategies that attract top talent across all levels.
- Collaborate with department managers to craft precise job descriptions that set the stage for finding the perfect fit.
- Stay ahead of the curve by utilizing cutting-edge recruiting methods that align with industry standards and our company’s unique needs.
- Drive our recruitment campaigns – post, advertise, and bring in the best of the best!
- Take charge of the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with managers, directors, and stakeholders, playing a key role in candidate selection.
- Be the expert during the offer process – from negotiating salaries to finalizing start dates, you’ll ensure that everything falls into place.
- Keep us compliant with all employment laws and regulations, while also participating in exciting college job fairs and recruiting events.
- And that’s just the beginning! You’ll also take on special projects that make your role as diverse and rewarding as the talent you bring in.
What You Bring:
- Exceptional communication skills – your ability to connect with people is your superpower!
- Sharp negotiation skills that help you secure the best talent.
- A knack for creating effective sourcing strategies that fill positions at all levels.
- A proactive, independent approach that ensures you’re always ahead of deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices, with a quick grasp of applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, because you’re as organized as you are innovative.
Your Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in recruiting for manufacturing or low-skill positions is a plus.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential? Even better!
