JOB SUMMARY: Assists in providing a continuum of Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of, outcome-based Leisure Activities designed to meet the physical, cultural, spiritual, social, cognitive/intellectual, emotional and creative needs and interests of assigned residents.
REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate. 1-3 years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Computer: ADL/MDS, general applications; Convection Oven; Laminator; DLP Projector, Video Projection systems. American Heart Association CPR Certification; First Aid. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates the ability to negotiate on the company's behalf.
