About the Position
TransForce is seeking a Class A CDL Shuttle Driver for a local, second-shift shuttle position. This role offers daily home time with no layovers and involves timely deliveries between Villa Rica and Tallapoosa, Georgia.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay rate: $27 per hour
- Average weekly earnings: $1,000–$1,080
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Shift: 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Employment type: Short-term flex
- Daily home time; no layovers required
Job Details

- Stops: Approximately 4–8 stops per night

- Equipment: 48–58-foot day cab truck
- Handling: Lift gate operations may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on a local shuttle route
- Make scheduled deliveries between Villa Rica and Tallapoosa
- Complete approximately 4–8 stops per night
- Operate a 48–58-foot day cab truck
- Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Recent route delivery experience, including lift gate operations
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Stable work history
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
