Dental Assistant | Springfield, OR

Great dentistry starts with a great team. Come be part of ours.

Gentle Dental Springfield is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join a team that works hard, supports one another, and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every patient who walks through the door.

We know Dental Assistants are at the heart of a great dental office. You keep the day moving, help patients feel comfortable, support your doctor, and somehow manage to be three steps ahead when everyone else is still figuring out step one.

If you’re looking for a team where your skills are appreciated, your contributions matter, and you have the opportunity to keep learning and growing, we’d love to meet you.

The Details

Location:
Gentle Dental Springfield
227 Q Street
Springfield, OR 97477

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay:$24.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Why Gentle Dental?

At Gentle Dental, we believe taking great care of patients starts with taking great care of the people who serve them.

You’ll be part of an established team with the support and resources to do your job well, while still having opportunities to learn, grow your skills, and build a meaningful career in dentistry.

And your role matters here.

You’re not simply there to assist with procedures. You’re often the person helping an anxious patient relax, keeping the doctor and schedule moving, noticing what needs to happen next, and making sure patients leave feeling like they were genuinely cared for.

We want you to feel like an important part of the team — because you are.

6 paid holidays plus 2 paid floating holidays
80 hours of PTO per year for hourly employees
