The Commercial Estimator is the face of our plumbing business in the field responsible for generating new business, building lasting customer relationships, and turning opportunities into signed work through accurate, competitive job estimates. This role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling: evaluating jobs on-site, preparing detailed estimates and proposals, presenting options to customers, and closing the sale. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a crawl space assessing a repipe and across the table from a homeowner or property manager earning their trust.

- Coordinate with the service manager and field technicians to confirm job scope, schedule, and execution details after the sale.
- Track estimate win/loss results and adjust pricing and approach based on market feedback.
