Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience
- Must be comfortable treating patients in a memory care setting, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, and completing screenings

- 5 days per week
- Flex schedules, with required treatment completion and no missed treatments
