Local CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

Strong pay built for local work. Drivers average $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.* ??
Home every day. This is a true local position - consistent routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with home time at the end of every shift. ??
Shifts built around local freight. Average 10-12 hour shifts with start times ranging from 4 PM to 2 AM. ??
Scheduling that works. Drivers receive one set weekend day off per week plus one floating weekday off during non-peak season. ??
Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes. ??
Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.*

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
1 year of local or OTR CDL-A experience
Must have previous experience crossing state lines
