Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language services to elementary students in a school setting
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Support a hybrid schedule with report writing conducted remotely
Qualifications:
State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLP working in school settings
Experience managing caseloads of 60-80 students
Proficiency in report writing and documentation
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a hybrid setting with remote report writing
