Program Supervisor - Individualized Supported Living (ISL)

Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, Lead DSP, House Lead, or Team Lead with experience supervising staff? Build on your skills as a Program Supervisor with Sevita.
This is an on-site, dual-focus role — you'll split your time between hands-on direct support alongside your team and administrative team leadership, including scheduling, coaching, and quality oversight.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach: Supervise, encourage, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals.
- Build team skills: Help onboard and train new employees.
- Coordinate staffing: Manage schedules and help maintain coverage.
- Support program operations: Help maintain quality of care and keep daily activities running smoothly.
- Champion person-centered support: Promote each individual’s independence, safety, choices, and community participation.
- Keep people connected: Communicate with staff and leadership about program needs.
- Provide hands-on care: Step in alongside your team to assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, transportation, and community activities.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education
- Age 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassion and a willingness to lead by example
CNAs, DSPs, Caregivers, Lead DSPs, House Leads, Team Leads, Residential Support Professionals, and Direct Care Workers with supervisory experience are encouraged to apply. CNA certification is welcome but is not required for this position.
