What You’ll Do
As a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you’ll help homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
- Inspect air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
- Identify potential issues before they become major repairs
- Clean and replace filters, coils, and system components
- Test system performance and ensure proper operation
- Educate homeowners on system care and maintenance recommendations
- Document service findings and recommendations accurately
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- HVAC maintenance or related mechanical experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
- Standing, kneeling, climbing, bending, and working in tight spaces for extended periods
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Rotating on-call or overtime opportunities during busy seasons
