Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in inpatient and home health settings is required
- Experience using EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro is required
Assignment Details
- Schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday coverage
- Home health provides a car for visits
