Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post clinicals
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
- Option for 4x10 schedule
- EMR: Raintree
- Three HealthStream modules must be completed pre-assignment
