Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas PT license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- 1–5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
