BridgeTown Dental is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our private practice in Cambridge, Ohio.

We're looking for a hygienist who values excellent patient care, strong relationships, and being part of a collaborative dental team. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate looking for the right place to grow, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do 🦷

Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
Build strong relationships and educate patients about their oral health
Serve as a treatment advocate by communicating clinical findings and recommendations
Maintain accurate diagnostic records and clinical documentation
Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to provide exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For ✅

We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who:

Provides excellent, patient-centered care
Communicates clearly and professionally
Works collaboratively with the dental team
Is dependable, accountable, and takes pride in doing things the right way
Holds an active Ohio dental hygiene license or is eligible for Ohio licensure
