Patients are transferred from Inpatient Rehab and Acute
1:1 patient care, seeing 45-minute treatments and 60-minute evaluations
4/10s schedule with a 3-day weekend
10-12 patients per day
Stable schedule with consistent 40 hours per week

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Outpatient Neuro position seeing both Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury patients (TBI). In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Neurological experience in both Outpatient and Inpatient Rehab. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience preferred
Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Passion for the neuro population
Seeking to grow as a PT and possess the heart of a lifelong learner
Servant leader mindset
Coachable and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available
