Now Hiring: Floating Service Technician
Morgan Properties is looking for a hands-on, dependable Floating Service Technician to support three of our Rochester-area communities. This is a traveling role home-based at Brockport Crossings, located in Brockport, NY, with regular travel to assist our teams at Crossroads, a 150-unit community and Hickory Hollow, our 55+ community in Spencerport. If you take pride in your work and enjoy variety in your day, this route offers exactly that.
Compensation and Benefits
- $23–$26 per hour, based on experience
- $300 Morgan Essentials
- $15 per day for on-call coverage
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Mileage/travel support between assigned communities
What We Expect from You:
- Complete apartment turns, make-readies, and general maintenance across all three properties
- Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- Respond to resident service requests promptly and with a respectful, customer-first attitude
- Assist with preventative maintenance and keep grounds and common areas in great shape
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between sites
- HVAC/EPA certification a plus, but we're happy to help the right person grow
