Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Outpatient PT experience.
- Physical Therapist license in IL required to start.
- BLS required to start.
Assignment Details
- Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
- Average caseload of 55 visits per week.
- Evaluation times: 60 minutes.
- Documentation system: NextGen.
- Floating is not expected.
- Dress code: Business Casual.
