What You'll Do
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with common acute illnesses and injuries.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide patient care.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
What We're Looking For
- Current Colorado Nurse Practitioner license.
- ANCC or AANP certification.
- Previous urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
